The 2011 growing season was cooler than average, with late rains delaying bloom and fruit set. Despite these challenges, a prolonged Indian summer allowed for necessary ripening time. The harvest resulted in lower yields but high-quality fruit.
Our 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon is known for its sound structure, brightness of flavor, and balanced acidity.
